DQ Guild Meeting 9th March 2015
Venue: Leys Institute Hall, Ponsonby
Club Committee Meeting
Thursday 5th March 2015 at 8:00pm via Skype
Attendees: Stephen M, Keith S, Errol C, Julia, Jacqui.
Agenda
- Review and confirm 2014-5 Financial Statement Confirmed 5 / 0 / 0
- Set Budget and Fees for next year Confirmed 5 / 0 / 0
- Budget for SGT stays at $5 per person ($1.25 per person per edition)
- Fees: $15. +$5 for Family membership. NB this includes the SGT cost.
- Hall hire options for September onwards discussed.
- First preference is to find a cheaper suitable venue. Ferndale or Horticulural Society.
- Pay the higher price for the Leys Institute as a last resort.
