A County long possessed by the House of Aquila.
The county is located to the north of Marquisate of Middlemarch and a mixture of fertile cwms (valleys which support fertile farms) and wilder moors (where many flocks graze, despite the depredation of Halfling sheep-rustlers from Gracht).
The former Countess Katerina is a daughter of the late Duke Frederick of Aquila, the former Regent of the Western Kingdom. Katerina is married to Baron Silverfoam.
