I wrote this years ago and rather than hang onto the piece of paper I thought I would throw it up here. Some of the assumptions and costs are probably wrong, feel free to either change them to more appropriate numbers or start a discussion to clarify them. --Mandos 16:13, 13 Sep 2007 (NZST)

Hi Mandos, nice page.
I think you should add 'Merchant Prince' 'High Guilds man' etc to the list of places that normally only Nobles can go too. I see that the Nobles are 'not the only rich kids on the block anymore', as large powerful merchants, and guilds in Alusia are coming into their own with 'modern shipping' (makes it safely to destination) and trade leading them to become rich (beyond what a single clan or family could do) for the first time in Alusian history. I do not know of other players/GMs also feel that this is the case, and its only my views.
