Styx shipping syndicate
The syndicate is owned by members of the Styx merchant trade guild, based in Seagate. The syndicate has around 14 Caravels sailing under the Carzalan flag most of which are at sea. Ships dock weekly in Seagate. All vessels have ship strength and some have water mages. For groups of experienced marines with magical support are birthed at any time. They often move between ships at sea.
Caravels
A caravel is a small, highly maneuverable multi-masted ship often used for long voyages of exploration. It is a specialised kind of carrack. Because of its relatively small size, the caravel is able to explore upriver in shallow coastal waters, and it can be sailed with the precision necessary for inshore surveying in unknown waters. Using the lateen sails it can go speedily over shallow water, while with the square sails, the caravel is very fast.
Its versatility, speed, agility, and power makes the caravel the best sailing vessel of its time. It generally carries two or three masts with lateen sails. It has the same rig as a carrack, with a foresail, square mainsail, and lateen mizzen, but minimal fore-and aft-castles. Carzala Caravels are usually 75 feet long.

Working out of the Golden Sands complex of buildings which has an entertainment venue, warehouses, close to the docks.
Carzala
The guild has over two dozen wagons, teams and drivers based out of three large warehouses on the docks of New Seagate & Old Seagate. Trading routes extend across the Sweet Riding to Brastor Holdings.
Novadom
The guild has around 6 wagons, teams and drivers based out of a warehouses trading north up into Brastor Holdings.
Zumular
Offices with accommodation & four warehouses are located near two new docks.
