The Drow runes of Caleen City is said to be located on the Northern coast of Terranova.
It is said that because of the great wars humans (with faster breeding) hold more power within Caleen City and freemen (well not slaves) and are closely aligned to a range of Drow Clans for protection/promotion etc.
Few facts are known about this city, with no real direct contact as of early 817 WK.
It is said to be ruled by the rich and powerful Drow Caleen Clan for longer than time and a supporter of the War party.
