This is a mercenary company founded by Kern Silvercrest when he became dispossessed of his lands in Steighugel, Grobbety, Aladar on the 6th of snow 806wk.

The core of this company came from his personal guard - the Stoneguard but others came from the Steinhugel Regiment and yet more from the local Steinhugel Militia. The Steinhugel troops were released to go with Kern (they had volunteered) by the new Baron of Steinhugel Herbert von Humboldt and several of Kerns personal guard remained to form the new guard for the baron whom they had guarded and watched growing up.

The Scarlet Riders is a section of this company who have had a contract to escort wagons/caravans in Ranke over the Spring/Summer of 809/810wk and who acquitted themselves well with reliable and trustworthy service.

History

The Silver Sabres took employment on the 2nd of Thaw 812wk with the Viscount of Baltheim to help with current troubles. The 200 members of the company were dispatched northwards to aid the Baron of Salicton.
