Talk:Apes
First go at updating the Bestiary to align with GM Guide 2006. Andreww 21:57, 17 Dec 2006 (NZDT)
So where did the Orang-outang go? --Keith 14:08, 18 Dec 2006 (NZDT)
Thanks Andrew.
I've tried different ways of listing weapons on this page, I like Neanderthal (indented list) myself. Comments welcome (before I tweak any more). --Errol 15:12, 18 Dec 2006 (NZDT)
Errol: I like your weapon formatting for Neanderthal & Gorilla. I didn't like the null-format I did last night, and am glad you picked up on it. Any other format preferences? Keith? Struan? Others? --Andreww 16:19, 18 Dec 2006 (NZDT)
Keith: I can't remember exactly why it didn't make the GM Guide - possibly something to do with trying to fit 4 creatures to a page and avoiding white space, probably. The orang-outang is a specialist beast; if a GM wanted to have an orange chimpanzee or gorilla, they could, and PCs would never know the difference. If there is a huge outcry from enraged GMs who have crucial Orang-outang NPCs, I'm sure we could put it back into the next GM Guide - or treat it like Badger and Rabbit, as an addition for the Wiki. I was/am just standardising and we can add back differences. As long as we don't get 500 different creatures, including the four different kinds of llama... --Andreww 16:19, 18 Dec 2006 (NZDT)
- Attack formatting
I think the Gorilla format looks best, Neanderthal is next best.
My Orang's and other Alts thoughts moved to Category_talk:Bestiary

Changed page names
I moved the page to just 'Apes', as it matches the GM Guide, and linking here is currently minimal. --Errol 16:30, 20 Dec 2006 (NZDT)
