Belial
King of Fire, The Red King
Belial's appearance has changed over time, reflecting various traumatic experiences, largely caused him by members of the Seagate Guild, and also his old enemy Apollyon.
Belial used to appear as a beautiful two headed angel, riding in a chariot drawn by firey beasts, and speaking with a comely voice.
After the odd events of the freeing of Sammael, and a fight with some Guild members while reeling from the shock of losing part of his mind, Belial was overcome and his chariot (and various other acoutrements) were borne away as trophies. Belial's chariot is currently in Baretskein hall (next to the skull of the Ruby Scourge).
The next time that Belial was seen he still appeared as an angel, now with a single head, and going about on foot. He was subsequently set upon by a Guild party bearing the sword of Crocell, and in a place where his powers were reduced and in front of several other demons, they cut off one of his wings (after reading his some rather bad poetry).
In subsequent appearances he has manifested as an angel with a halo and wings made from smoky black fire, a comely voice, a bad attitude, and a deep loathing of the Guild.
He can cause all but sworn enemies of the summoner to look upon the summoner as their true friend.
The services of Belial must be paid for in advance in the only coin he will accept : human suffering. In order to summon Belial, the summoner must torture to death a human being (preferably an innocent child or a maiden since Belial prefers the suffering of innocents and may refuse an offering of a warrior).

Priests and Churches
- Know to have followers in Sanctuary who had joined with an Aim cult to form the Cult of the Twin Flames.
- Largely destroyed by a Guild party. Unknown if they are still extant.
