Oprausen
Oprausen.
A Barony in the Viscounty of Baltheim and held by Giles de Runcy, the Baron of Oprausen.
Oprausen is a solid port on the Aladarian coast with a thriving fishing industry supplemented by a large number of pig farms in the near hills and the pottery works that turn out Oprausen Pottery that is sought after. The area around the town is hilly and lots of cliffs on the surrounding coast for miles either side, making the port a useful one. The port boasts several sold stone piers and a main dock that will accommodate a vessel up to 100ft in length. The Barons manor up the hill is a good sized fortified one sitting near the main coast road. There is a large 60ft tall square tower set on the edge of the cliffs surrounding the town that has a beacon atop for use in bad weather.
