Lake Khybrr

Lake Khybrr is the largest lake in The Empire of Tanah Melay and is some 15,000 sq miles in area and is 200 miles E-W and 75 miles N-S. There are around 66 islands in the area of the lake and most average only 8ft above the water level but a few are chunkier. The lake depth is usually less than 200ft but there are a number of deeper areas. The deep waters provide a breeding ground for a variety of fish and the locals fish the lake year round but seem to moderate their catches and return small fish to the waters to continue breeding.
