Balac de Melbard

The highest ranking clergy in Westport and the Bishop of Westport. He presides over a Michaeline chapter in the city.

Balac is a well loved man here for his charity work and good work with the poor. He has a large family who are all active in the area with several serving church knights the most notable being Royston de Melbard and Karsh de Melbard. He has a daughter Charise de Melbard living in Eltran who has a formidable reputation as a scholar of Eltrandorian history and is an assistant to Liselle Trelg the Royal Sage of Eltrandor.
