Maximilion is the Knight Captain of the 10th Aquilan Alpine Regiment (as of 809) who patrols the borders under the control of the General of the West. Max is one of several Knight Captains that are responsible for the Southern flank of the Aquilan Western Army that borders on Cauldersfield.
