Rob is a gem dealer who hails from [[Elfenberg]]. He arrived in Sanctuary with a pocket of gems and a dodgy tale. As a member of the League of Changers, he runs a small shop for discerning customers. He has a reputation as a hard dealer a great eye for gems & jewellery and his re-cutting skills are well known.
