The Adept can nominate the colour of the bolt. Each colour represents an element and it does extra damage if it hits and elemental etc as indicated beliw. The damage is (D-2) + 2/rank, in that case, unless the target resists.

This spell is teachable to other Celestials. Any Celestial learning this varient, that already has Bolt of Starfire, must pay the extra EP cost to gain the same Rank as the original Bolt spell before the modifications can take effect.
