This city is Aladar's 8th Largest city with a population of 19,000 people.

The city is built on the north western slopes of the Sardream Hills and is just northeast of the end of the Tartan Pass that enables passage between the sea and the inner plains of Aladar. The city is built on a series of elevated areas with Castle Baltheim on the highest point of the city.

The area around the city is rich and fertile land upon which is usually grown crops heavy with grains such as wheat etc. The slopes of the Sardream hills are well cultivated and covered in orchards usually laden with fruit. The settlements in the area look well maintained and solid with them being built into the hills for security and warmth.

Its location as a nexus for transport between areas has seen it evolve from its ancient roots more tribal origins to the bustling city of today. The western most area of the city is still called the Caravanserai as it was 700years ago but is now a large area for wagons, animals and the like to come inside the city walls to engage in trade and commerce. The slope of the city rises up another 200 feet over some 800ft in area which gives the city a layered feel to it with sloped sections providing the feel of distinct areas/districts within its walls.
