This 'Exchange' being built by Marius de Ridefort is being mooted as a meeting place for Sanctuary traders and captains to meet a discuss trade, commerce, politics and the like.
It will be a sturdy stone structure with several levels where people of commerce, related guilds and the like can meet over a drink to discuss matters of importance.
