Tac is a Duchy, or at least the Tac that I've visited in character was. On the north-eastern side of the Sea of Grass and bordering Alfheim (with close ties to the Elves -- on of their human dominated "march" areas. GM was Bart.

Please fix any errors. Are their any scribe notes for the adventure? I understand from a Dan game there was a port on the coast with a Tac guild so maybe it was an outpost of the Duchy?
