I would say the question is more, Why wouldn't it be on the Wiki? Or is the item a big secret?

The Standard played a part in the Battle of Carlson's Switch and was put on the wiki so that there was a common access description available of the artifact should another GM wish to use it for something (probably Dark Circle related). It is a morderately powerful artifact (within its sphere of influence) that belongs to a common use NPC organization (Western Church). There had been questions whether it could/would get used if there was a DC siege of Carzala, etc.
