Can we avoid voting on this in parts? If parts (a) and (b) are voted on before (c), then as my vote on them is purely contingent on the result of (c), do I abstain, despite having a strong (if not reasoned) opinion one way or the other, depending on the outcome of (c)?

I don't think we should be structuring the votes in this way. We need a clear and total picture of what it is we are voting in. This was part of the problem we incurred with the Racial Mod votes and I am keen to see us from now on stick to the agreed system. Mainly it will provide the voters with a clear picture of what they are getting :-)
