John Pontanus
Master Pontanus is a respected member of the Achemists guild. He is known to be an expert maker of strange and unusual potions. Apprentices vie to study with him even though he keeps strange hours and often sends them on dangerous quests to find obscure ingredients. He is occasionally available to members of the public but he doesn't waste his time by making the common potions. He currently has a list of obscure ingredients that he is searching for for his potions. He is willing to buy ingredients or give adventures a share of the potions. John does not pay except in otions or knowledge. His potions are quite useful however
He is often on the move and travels about in a strange moving tower.
He is known for having a difficult relationship with the alchemists guild as he is not always polite and diplomatic with important customers.
