Horace Mortigan

Horace is a Necromancer who is known to be pacted to Bifrons.

He is an Elven Male, 6ft 4 inches tall and having a gaunt appearance if one could see into the deeply cowled robes he habitually wears. He is suspected to use Tonic tipped weapons against his enemies when he is using physical attacks.

• Encountered by a party in Winter 813wk on Red Red Wine. During their altercation he was forced to kill himself so that he may possibly return to have vengeance.
