GILBEN, Vathran [H9]
The stronghold of Harlmaar Ivyrsen, king of Gilbenmark, who owes tribute to the Hargelsen of Suteling, High King of Swenway. Harlmaar was denied the High Kingship of Swenway in 807; his resentment towards the Hargelsens is very strong and talk of rebellion is not uncommon.
