DQWiki talk:Templates

After a bit of playing around, I found this page via search by selecting 'DQWiki' at the bottom of the search results.

Is it possible to include DQWiki pages in the default search please? I gave up trying to find what I now know is the RTD template mid-week as I couldn't get a hit (even when I included 'Templates').

In Preferences / Search result settings you can specify the name spaces you want to search by default.

The more you pick the slower the searches will potentially be.

Cheers. What's the default for new users, as I assume the extra space to search for DQWiki (and probably categories) is fairly minor in relation to what is in (Main), and namespaces aren't exactly intuitive.

Is there some standard text (explaining e.g. the difference between 'Go' and 'Search') that we should copy to DQWiki:Searching (or some other special location)? Selected bits of http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Help:Searching look useful.--Errol 17:29, 2 Oct 2006 (NZDT)
