Darkhorn Kingdoms

The Darkhorn Dwarves lie below the Duchy of Drakenburg. They are, in fact, three large Dwarven underground strongholds connected by miles of tunnels and mines. They are independent of the Duchy of Drakenburg, and pay no taxes and do not provide any kind of support for the Duke or Duchy.
The population of all three strongholds is said to be in excess of 300,000 Dwarves and ~50,000 Hobbits, Halflings and Tall fallows. These numbers are questionable and are fifth hand by way of traders.
