Hey Jono, been spending some time over the last weeks reading the items, and it's not clear exactly how the sets work/progress? I also have concerns that some of the 'base' items seem to have expiry dates. Which means at a certain point you end up spending all your points rebuying your base items, and unless you adventure several times a year on a character, that point ends up being fairly soon that you run into the having to rebuy base items cycle. - Bernard

Re: Expiry dates. You maybe correct, but the idea at this point is to have 5 year expiry dates so that any large errors will go away if not properly fixed / addressed. I fully expect that in 4 years time the Mages of Freetown will issue a free item which will stop most/all fixed items from expiring if needed.

Re: Progress. Players for the character need to choose one of the three options: Arcane/Mage or Rogue Fighter or Warrior Tank.

Within these three groups the sets are ordered. You can only move to the next set (and then buy the base item fore others) once you have met the requirements of the "Progression point". Each set has a "Progression point". For the Yellow set it is: After gaining 4 Yellow items. At that point (after 4 yellow items) but are able to Purchase the Base item in Silver Set before purchasing other items within Silver Set. - Hope that helps clear it up.
