K'Resh

K'Resh is a large seaport on the southern coast of Naraxlos and a minor city in the Kijaand Empire. Sited on the western side of the river Resh, the city is massively walled and heavily fortified. The limited footprint of the city has created a tightly packed environment, with the riverside docks constantly busy with both river and ocean traffic.

This has lead to an extremely crowded urban environment, with many buildings five or six stories high, overlooking narrow alleys. The tightly packed nature of the buildings and the high walls doesn't allow for air movement, so the city has the constant air of fetid dampness to it.

This is a river port rather and a sea port, with a massive stone sea wall protecting city from the often rough storms which frequent the southern ocean.
