This world is a complete High Mana Zone rising to Extreme in places.

This world was once a High Technology World where, after a cataclysm, magic rushed back in with a vengence. There is still evidence around the world of the once dominant tech, in the way they speak and in some of the items and materials that are still in use.

The returning of the magic, has also created an unstable planar environment. As a result, beings of other planes and existences are finding their way into the world with alarming regularity.

The human race is on the verge of being wiped out.

On the main contenant, Amarica, there are two main population of Humans: The Coalition and The Magic Federation. The island of Atlantis, is run by the Splurgoth, who have a slave market where they sell off other races every other day.

The Guild has had contact with The Magic Federation in the past, and are expecting it will not be the last. They have also had contact with a representative of one the Eternity Trees in Afrixa.

Both groups have reported that the plane is extremely hostile to human life, and it was only with great restraint and planning that they made it back home.
