Metastopheles

Metastopheles is a young blue dragon known to be somewhere on Kanlaoise and presumed to be in the Steel Mountains of Naraxlos. He known not to be actively evil but is reputed to be bad tempered, vicious, vindictive and generally beligerant. His college (or colleges) are not known but it is known that he is very strong in physical combat.
