Did these rules ever get finalized? I've been keeping an alternative version based on the 2014 edition (formatting changes but content should be same) under https://github.com/ross-alexander/dq/tree/master/documents/2020e and I'm happy to push in any official updates.

Not that I'm aware. Maybe put a message on the mailing group to check
