Orders for June 2010 Edition

Add your name, and the number of copies that you want (if more than 1), to the appropriate section below

Quotes (June 2010 based on 20+ copies, 156 pages, B&W printing on 80gsm paper):

1. $14.80 each Thermal Metalback Binding (glue & metal spine) from Copies Plus, Dominion Rd, Mt Roskill. Used for the 2010 Rulebooks distributed at the guild meeting.
2. $20.33 each Thermal Fastback Binding (glue & cloth spine) from Presentations, Dominion Rd, Mt Eden. Used for 1996 & 1994 Rulebooks.
   • Copy Book, Mayoral Drive. Can also do Fastback binding, similar pricing.

• NB Warehouse Stationary has some of the cheapest copying but don't do Thermal Binding.
• Add about $5 each for printing less than 10 books. Some places charge a media fee for printing from PDF, Copies Plus & Presentations are rare exceptions.
