Supreme Commander Lady Dokkalfer Moriquendi (Terranova) is the Drow Commander in the Elvish Isles.

She is a Celestial Mage. She has been commander for three years as the last commander died over dinner shortly following Mid-Winter 813WK. Rumour has it the Supreme Commander Lady Dokkalfer is a capable commander and mage who has connections in the Moriquendi Clan and City Guard.

She was the high priest in the main temple to Marbas in the lower part of the Moriquendi City (Terrinova Drow City). She has accumulated huge power (Deaths of many many servants) and has many connections in the Priesthood and is said to be a servant of Clan and in said to be pacted.

She has a magical item showing an image of those that use scrying magics. Is always using a Drow magical item similar to Sanctuary Gold nugget over the face (eyes) and neck tattoo protective magics.

She has an invisible male companion known as Master Bluevane who is clearly a Drow rich high court dandy who is fixated with luck magic and is always seen with playing cards used in the Drow card game of Prava.
