Age
Added a rough idea of Elvan Age to the document to assist people in aligning the age of their elves. While it doesn't really matter it seems like a good idea to at least make the made up numbers make some kind of cohesive sence.

While I agree with most of your stuff on age, I dispute your age of puberty, I don't beleave it should be as late or as long.
The character creation section of rule book gives the starting age of elves as 30-300+, if you hold to the puberty at 40 to 60 that would mean elf children go adventuring.
Sure if young elven aging was a 1/10th human 40 to 60 would be about right, but you also say that the aging is parallel until 10 when physical development starts to slow to around 1/10th so rather than a straight decade equals a year of apparent age, you should have a curve. By graphing such a curve, where the first 10 years is 1 to 1 with humans and the last 10 is almost 100 to 1, I get the age of puberty being 20 to 30 years.
This is still way later (and longer) than it is in humans, and it fits with what is in the rules. I also suggest that most elves don't leave home until they are over 50 as by the same graph this seems to by the equalivalent of about 18 human years.

From PCs, however 'right' or 'wrong' they may be, lots start in their 20's-30's, some in their 200's. I'd also prefer Helen's spin, with or without a nice curve.

I agree. Helen, would you care to edit the text to match that supposition? --Mandos 21:45, 12 Nov 2008 (NZDT)
Done.
