Reformatted this as The Climbing page, for current rules re-write and any future ones. Or clarifications, intepretations, details of the hows and whys that are useful but don't belong in the rules, etc.

Changes for 2006
The use of Ropes and Claws is stated as requiring additional XP cost but no time.
Following discussions, general agreement was achieved to remove the xp cost as the use of these should be a standard part of climbing.
