12 rank 6 to 10 healers? This place should be well know by everyone who was badly wonded friends from the wars in the Dark Circle? The Duke should send a group of Guards to protect the place?

The Duke has. As well as the regular rotation of mostly healed troops recouperating after their injuries. There are normally a couple of units at least.
