One of the planes on the Mithrian Portal system. Destinations 4, 9, 13, and 18 link to this plane.
All that is currently known of this plane is what is in the Livingston Diaries and is 100 years out of date.
The Ogrin of Frigidia are believed to raid this world. There is evidence to suggest that they use the Frigidian portal (21) to go to the portal at destination 18.
