The Scarlet Band

Known for the Scarlet Bandana's they all wore to hide their identities. The band has operated in and around the Artusian Hills since 796. They are not known as a particularly large band with usually around 2 dozen members, or a violent band either, but they are rumoured to have robbed over 2 dozen caravans and wagons over the past years. Victims report good treatment once surrendered and hostages well treated. Some of the gang are said to have not been local with foreign guttural accents and odd tattoos.
