Comments on draft warning for College ver1.1

I like Ian's draft, as it makes new players aware of issues, and points them to the Character Tribunal. I don't think the long blurb about re-spending EP etc is needed, that is better covered by talking to someone on the Character Tribunal. --ErrolC 13:27, 1 Feb 2006 (NZDT)
