Encouraging people to add Email addresses to an insecure page like this is an invitation for the addresses to get Spam harvested. It might pay to simply ask people to speak to a GM at the next guild meeting.
Also I am not sure it is really part of the campaign commitee and might be better to move to the front page in the GM/Real World section.
