Tsayoi - In a hard fought combat with the 6 Mind Flayers, 5 had been killed and I'd cut one down to almost death and he was making consciousness check to stay alive. They won initiative and he was about to heal back damage and flee when I made the GM roll a consciousness check before he took his potion and he failed, fell and died. We won and his loot remained.
