Greetings fellow Adventures,

I send you this missive as I will be joining you to bring Blackrod to justice, but will be delayed for some time. I feel the need to emphasize that Blackrod is a foul evil miscreant whose dark soul must be snuffed out. There are those whose moral compass fails and can be redeemed but I don't belive Blackrod to be one of these - all that is touches becomes shriveled and withered.

There are some note about Blackrod at the guild, but from our previous encounter with me we know the following about him

• An accomplished rune mage
  
• A master rank alchemist and/or herbalist - Created 'Venom of Beauty' poison, its increases you PB, upon reaching maximum you die.
  
• He is packed to one, or more demons, and upon killing his his soul was pulled to hell. His return should raise great concern.
  

It has been almost a decade since I have regularly worked with guild members, and many of your names are new to me. I would remind you, new and old, that I have great power with names and can perform the following

• Heal any wound
  
• Summon across plane
  
• Summon your spirit across plane
  
• Summon on plane
  

I suggest you tell me your Individual Truer Name as I can aid you greatly. I have never revealed a name and will accept any geas or like to assure you of confidentiality. As I can summon people perhaps I can use this, summoning you either their spirits or in person, to provide me information on the progress of the party.

Your journeys may take you to the plane of Tanuel, and I must offer warning about the plane

• Keep all knowledge of your own healing prowess and that of Alusia secret. Immortals of the plane have no access to healing, and may go to any lengths to obtain this, even those that are noble may act against you to gain your information/power.

• The Chaos lands are very unusual to travel - you travel with from one feature to another. Travelling without a destination in mind will cause you to get lost in the lands.
  
• We have Tincture of Aconite and Passionflower and will offer these to the party to assist their journey.
  
• Angels of the plane have their own motivation and goals, they are unlike others you may have encountered. When negotiating with them use caution.
  
  

There are a number of scribe notes about the plane, you should look to the guild library if you plan to spend time there. Much has happened in Tanuel and the The Lands of Chaos recently, you should research these as it is possible Blackrods foul touch was involved.
