The large and powerful extended Boco family have been in power in Sylila Province for a very long time. The family is very wealthy and in a strong position within the Empire, often being able to support other Senators with their wealth.

Senator Stefano is very old and enjoys the loyal support of his local Commanders, dispite his interest in younger woman. He is also known as a keen supporter of the arts. Other Senators often call him weak willed.

Sylila Province that he governs is only partly inside the Glow Lines, often leading to trouble on the west edges.
