Ozbert Pennywise

Guild Treasurer and Accountant, and member of the Guild Council. Also liason with Duke Leto on financial and charter issues. Previously worked for the Duke as a tax gatherer and auditor.

Appearance:
Ozbert is far from being a hansom human (PB 8), in his early forties. He has bad breath and his clothes often smell old and unwashed. Some Guild members have speculated that 'Mr Pennywise' is saving on his laundry bills. He seems deaf to comments about his appearance.

Likes:
Ozbert almost likes to ride and hunt as much as he likes money and dancing. He has over 45 animal heads mounted on his office wall. He is a competent dancer at R6. He also likes to watch guild members play gambling games but does not play himself.
