Biologian

The Biologian or Biolurgen, who is said to be the source of much of the German advance in bio-engineering. However, he is an international man of mystery, and little is really known about him. He is not an immortal but human. He is not from this multiverse but he comes from a place where the positives be negative. He gets benefit from acknowledgment or awareness by others. He cannot give life to things that are alive and things that have never been alive but he can give life or sentience to other pseudo sentient creatures/entities/formations such as storms etc. The Biologian doth wear long dark robes, a broad black brimmed hat hiding his face with a white plain collar at his throat.
