The Mad King
Beleth always appears in the shape of a large man riding a pale horse. He is preceded by music and appears in a rage - he will attempt to kill anything not within a circle of protection. He breathes a cone of fire.
He is possessed of the talent of causing any individuals of the summoner's choice (not necessarily humanoids) to submit to the sexual desires of the summoner until the summoner is sated.
