Andrealphus appears initially as a great and beautiful Peacock, but this is an insubstantial form, and he is without power in that guise. He may adopt the form of a man.

He is a great teacher of all forms of measurement and celestial studies.

For a payment of the life of a human being, Andrealphus will turn the summoner into a bird for a period of one hour. Each individual transformation or hour of transformation must be purchased by the sacrifice of an additional human being. Andrealphus eats the souls of those sacrificed in this manner. He must be present during the sacrifice.
