The huge and grimy capital of the Duchy of Volar, this metropolis is full of courtiers, merchants, spies, and poison dealers servicing the aforesaid. It is over-crowded, smelly, rank, corrupt, and intensely political. No one good comes from Volar, and no one survives the mean streets and remains pure.
This cesspit also serves at the capital of Volar County.
