Plane similar in construction to Norden, the plane is very bright but is shrouded in mist, average visibility being 100ft. The people there refer to themselves as the People of the Mist. According to the local Lord, the brightness was a fairly recent occurrence.

Planar gates exist to the other planes in the group.
