Everyone please note that (James tells me) that it is much easier to find the text that needs changing if there is a unique text string to search for (references below section number don't help much). So eg where a word is misspelled give the misspelling (plus the correct spelling if it isn't obvious). This will make applying the changes to the raw master documents less tedious.
