Minzuli Empire

A lost halfing (Hobbit) empire about which little is known.
They may have followed the same gods as Asan.
Some time between the War of tears and the founding of Panjari, they had temples in the region later occupied by Panjari.
In Autumn 821 WK, west of Seagate, a prison/tomb linked to the Minzuli was unearthed containing the undead remnants of an 'evil' 'Great Hobbit' (about 7 feet tall).
