Erelheine lord, one of the advisors to the ruling triumvirate of Kinlu, and widely believed to be the most powerful (and feared) person in those lands.

He is known to be a powerful mage of the College of Greater Summonings, and maintains several lesser demonic beings as staff (such as the Succubi who serve him tea).

Kokhan was the uncle or grand-uncle (reports conflict) of the late Dokhan emperor overthrown around 1986AP. There are rumours that he is the actual father of Daikhan, (son of the late emperor and one of the triumvirate), by means of a Succubus / Incubus.

Kokhan is protected by his own elite guards, the Atoning Scarlet Chrysanthemum, each of whom lives under a sentence of death stayed only while Kokhan lives.

His hobbies include Machiavellian plots, collecting tea bowls, and (at least in past), Countess Anastasia of Borovia.
